For 180 years the Boizel family has been producing delicate, complex wines from their vineyards in the heart of the Epernay region of champagne.
Now they're about to spend their first year here in Australia, launching across the country from November.
The Brut Reserve - Boizel's most famous and popular champagne - blends chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier to deliver an elegantly fresh and fruity number with notes of candied fruits and acacia honey, tapering off gently and progressively.
Partnering with Crush Fine Wines to introduce the family to our country, Boizel is also gracing our presence with its Grand Vintage 2004 and a beautiful Rose which, I can assure you, is going to go down a treat over summer.
Having sampled the wines myself, this bubbles aficionado extends a very warm and thirsty welcome to Boizel into the Australian market.
Put this one on your radar over the festive season in Australia; it will bring a touch of French grandeur to any table.
Bisous,
Little Miss xo
