Aimez-vous le cidre? Aimez-vous le fromage?
Bien sûr!
For those not fluent in le français, all you need to know about the Fromage a Trois festival is this: Cider. Cheese. What more could you want?
On Sunday the 15th of March, the beautiful Werribee Park Mansion will be bustling with artisan cheese makers and boutique cider producers as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. If you need to find an excuse to drag yourself away from the city, Fromage a Trois is it.
You'll find us there, kicking back with a big group of friends on the lawn, wandering between the marquees and meeting the lovely people who work so hard to bring us the goods.
Fancy yourself in the kitchen? If you're interested in knowing how your favourite cider or cheese is made, take a break from feasting (just a small one) to learn how it's done at the free presentations and master classes held throughout the day.
Touted as a “whole new gastronomic experience”, Fromage a Trois translated is grab a bunch of friends and a picnic rug for an event not to be missed!
General admission is $35pp and includes an official Fromage a Trois glass and program - kids under 12 get in for free. Tickets are available online.
