And just like the promise of a brand new season, Palooza has been reborn in 2015 with a new destination venue, new foodie line-up and new fancy features set to woo the most discerning lover of this vitis vinifera babe. Fly south to the Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre playing nest to this year’s pinot noir soiree and rejoice over five hours of pinot madness on October 10.
Eat. Feed on the goods from local heroes like Huxtaburger, Burn City Smokers, Jack Horner, Sample Beer, Yarra Valley Dairy, Petit Chocon and mmm-ore.

Imbibe. Enjoy around 150 pinots from some of Australia and New Zealand’s most renowned wineries including the Ata Rangi, Bay of Fires, Shaw + Smith, Yabby Lake, Kooyong, Mt Difficulty, Giant Steps, Two Paddocks, Pegasus Bay and so. many. more. Flock to the Burgundy Bar to swirl, spit and talk shop with super awesome somms like Tom Beatie (Dinner by Heston), Sally Humble (Lume), Jenna Philpott (Vue de Monde), Gavin Cremming (Coda), Tom Hogan and Jackson Watson (Harry & Frankie), and palooza mastermind, Dan Sims.
