Summer of Prosecco Pop Up: bubbles and beach in the city

If it looks like Prosecco is my new favourite pass time, well that might be just about right.  While I’ve always been a fan of bubbles in general (I think it’s hereditary), I’m loving the clean, crisp, easy to drink nature of good quality Prosecco (like that of the King Valley) for the summer. 

With Melbourne set to do its standard ‘winter one day, summer the next’ thing this weekend, Brown Brothers is keeping things smooth as white sand with a free-entry Summer of Prosecco Pop-Up Event in Richmond. 

A touch of beach glamour brought to our inner city Melbourne, the tucked away, sand-laden, progressive party will be pouring Prosecco, cranking the tunes and serving bite sized fish and chips from tonight through to Saturday evening.
